Absolute return fixed income shop wins 40 Act Credit and Special Situations

Hackensack, NJ – Bramshill Investments received two awards by AltCredit Intelligence for its US Performance Awards 2017. The Firm’s Income Performance Strategy was named the winner in the categories of 40 Act Credit and Special Situations.

Bramshill tactically bought credit in March and April 2016 when risk markets were in duress. In the second half of 2016, the firm rotated their portfolio into defensive short duration and floating-rate securities to manage interest rate risk. The Income Performance Strategy is actively managed, nimble and has historically performed well in rising rate environments.

We are proud to have our Income Performance Strategy recognized by AltCredit Intelligence this year. The team at Bramshill also appreciates the trust our investors have placed with us in both the mutual funds and separate accounts we manage. As stewards of capital for our partners, we strive to deliver strong total return along with the preservation of capital, especially in challenging fixed income environments,” said Stephen Selver, CEO of Bramshill Investments.

Bramshill’s Income Performance Strategy was spun out of an absolute return fixed income strategy managed by Bramshill Founder and CIO, Art DeGaetano, while at GLG Partners and has a track-record dating back to 2009. Since 2009, the Strategy has delivered an annualized net return of 8.37% and a cumulative total net return of 91.57%.
